You can delete funds as long as they have not been used and are not in use on an order item template. After you place an order using a fund or pay an invoice using a fund, that fund will be impossible to delete unless it was used on a completed or completed with problems renewal list. Therefore, take great care before using the funds in a budget.

Al eliminar un fondo principal, se eliminarán también todos los fondos secundarios asociados.

Suprimir un fondo

  1. Para eliminar un fondo, pulse el botón de la elipsis (acq-action-button.png) en la columna de acciones. 
  2. Select Delete from the drop-down list.
