I didn't check the box for IFM billing. Will I get an invoice?

If you do not check the IFM box, it is up to the other library whether or not they'll send you an invoice. It is outside of the scope WorldShare ILL or Tipasa. The invoice does not come from OCLC. It will come from the lending or borrowing library because you did not check the box.
