Why is my new custom notification template not appearing as an option in Tipasa?

Symptom
  • A notification template isn't appearing in the list of email templates within a request within Tipasa.
Applies to

Resolution

Select the Manual sending in WorldShare checkbox underneath the template's name in Service Configuration > WorldShare ILL > Notifications > Custom
