Why are patrons able to make ILL requests and renew items when they are expired

Answer
If you are using a third party authentication method with WMS Circulation or Tipasa, such as CAS or SAML, the Circulation and Tipasa expiration date will not matter because the system is pulling and relying on the data pulled from your authentication server.
Even if the patron is expired in WMS Circulation or Tipasa, they will still be able to use the OCLC service until they are either removed or blocked in the authentication server.
