Historial de colecciones en las colecciones de consulta
Find information about using the Collection History in Query collections.
Acceder al historial de la colección
To view the Collection History for Query collections:
- Vaya a la interfaz de WorldShare > Pestaña de metadatos > Collection Manager.
- Seleccione Colección como Tipo de datos y Mis colecciones seleccionadas como Ámbito para buscar en las colecciones específicas de su biblioteca que haya creado o seleccionado.
- In the Search Term(s) field, enter your terms or leave the field empty.
- Haz clic en Buscar.
- From the search results, use the Filter by drop-down to select Query collection.
- Open the desired Query collection.
- Seleccione el acordeón Historial de colecciones para ver el historial de actividades de la colección específica.
Collection History
Query collections can be deleted. When deleted, the change will show in the main Collection Manager Activity History.
From the Collection History screen, you can filter by the following options:
- Activity Date
- Collection Created
- Collection Updated
The Collection History screen includes the following columns:

Search the Activity History for Query collections
Search the Activity History to see actions taken on Query collections.
- Vaya a la interfaz de WorldShare > Pestaña de metadatos > Collection Manager.
- Select Activy History as the Data Type and My Institution's History as the Scope to search across your library-specific collections that you have created or selected.
- In the Search Term(s) field, enter your terms or leave the field empty to return all Activity History.
- Haz clic en Buscar.
- Use the Filter by drop-down and select Collection Type.
- Select Query collection.
Search results will be ordered with the most recent activity first. Activities are tracked for 90 days
