Create a database-only collection (Fundamentals)
WorldShare Acquisitions and WorldShare License Manager libraries, create a database-only knowledge base collection through Collection Manager Fundamentals.

About
Database-only collections are used primarily by libraries when they need to acquire collections that do not have a defined list of titles. For example, a library might create a database-only collection for the Oxford English Dictionary website. Doing so would allow them to:

Database-only collections will not set holdings in WorldCat or output MARC records.
Create a database-only collection
- Acceda a la interfaz WorldShare: https://yourlibrary.share.worldcat.org/wms
- Navigate to Metadata > Collection Manager Fundamentals.
- Haga clic en Crear una colección y elija Colección base de conocimientos en la lista desplegable.
- Seleccione Colección sólo base de datos.
- Haga clic en Crear.
- Introduzca el nombre de la colección (puede ser el nombre de la base de datos).
- Introduzca el ID de la colección.
- Haga clic en Guardar.
