How can I get a list of all current Circulation patron accounts?

You can use the Circulation Patron Full report from the OCLC File Exchange Server following the steps below:

  1. Connect to the OCLC File Exchange Server using an SFTP client like FileZilla
  2. Navigate to the folder /xfer/wms/reports
  3. Download the most recent version of Circulation Patron Report Full - it will be called OCLCSYMBOL.Circulation_Patron_Report_Full.YYYYMMDD.csv

 

Or, if your library has access to Report Designer, you can also create a custom report following the steps below:

  1. In WorldShare, go to Analytics > Reports > Report Launch Pad
  2.  In the top right, select Applications
  3. Select Web Intelligence
  4. Select the New icon
  5. Select Universe
  6. Select the Circulation Patron Information universe
  7. Click through the folders, double-clicking on the items you wish to add to the report
  8. Once done, click Run Query
  9. Export the report by clicking the icon
