Why am I receiving an error when trying to reset my WorldShare password?
Symptom
- There was an error processing your request for /login/manageduser-ui/cmnd/selfmgt/validatekey or /login/manageduser-ui/cmnd/selfmgt/recoverpassword.
- Access Denied error appears when resetting password.
