Why do my Relais emails get filtered for spam or return undelivered?

When an email goes out from OCLC, it often will use your institution's email domain as the "sender."  Your email service may filter out or block emails (from OCLC) with domains that don't match where they are supposed to be coming from (from an institution). The solution is to add to your institution's SPF record.
