Turnaround Time

Find information on lending and borrowing turnaround times in the Statistics section of the Side menu. 

Available Statistics include:

• Supplier turnaround time for borrowing requests
• My institution's turnaround time for lending requests
• My institution's approximate shipping time for lending returnable requests
• Efficacy of estimated arrival date for borrowing requests

Determine whether to include Non-Returnable or Returnable items in the Item type. 

Select either the Start and End month or select a Date range. Date range options include:

• Current Month
• Last Two Months
• Last Three Months
• Last Four Months

Click Submit to retrieve your results. Click Reset to reset the page.
