Simplified cataloging roles

Your library's subscription type determines which roles you will assign to view the simplified cataloging interface.

 Caution: Please note that to use the simplified cataloging interface, one of the following roles should assigned to a user and should not be combined with any other roles.

Full Cataloging & Metadata subscription:

  • Cataloging Basic
  • Catalogación simplificada

Record Manager Fundamentals SLE subscription:

  • Record Manager Fundamentals Basic
  • Record Manager Fundamentals Simplified

  • CatExpress Admin
  • CatExpress Basic
  • CatExpress simplificado
