Where do I set up email delivery of my MARC records?

  • You are wanting to receive emails from Collection Manager with your MARC records attached.

Only Contract cataloging subscriptions deliver MARC records via email. All others can receive reports of new, updated, deleted, and merged files waiting for them, but there will be no attached MARC record file.

To set up or change email addresses for contract cataloging subscriptions, email with the changes you need.

For all others, the MARC records must be picked up via WorldShare or  can either be picked up via WorldShare > Metadata > My Files > Downloads or by setting up passwordless file exchanges.
