I'm unable to log in to the Digby app on my iPhone

Symptom
  • When trying to sign in to Digby on your iPhone, you receive an error message that says, "An error occurred on the MetaAuthentication System" or "Nothing Here. We're sorry. What you are looking for is not here"
Applies to
  • Digby
Resolution

These errors can occur due to cached data or a corrupt cookie in your browser. On an iPhone, clear history and website data (cache and cookies) from the Safari browser. Once that data is cleared, force-close the Digby app, then try to sign in again.

If these steps do not resolve the error, contact OCLC Support with your OCLC Symbol, the name of the staff member who is signing in, and screenshots of the errors you are seeing.
