The authorization for a cataloger is not showing up as a report in Usage Statistics

Symptom
  • You are on the Usage Statistics site under Cataloging, and you see a list of cataloging authorizations for various users. One of the "accounts" is missing.

Resolution

If you are not seeing an authorization as expected, it may be because there was no activity on that authorization in the selected month in the Period dropdown. An authorization will only appear in the list if there was activity in the given month. Change the month and click update to see if the authorization comes up in previous months. If you're still not seeing an authorization you're expecting to see, contact OCLC Support with your OCLC symbol and the authorization number in question to verify that the authorization exists.
