WorldCat Holdings Audience Levels Access

WorldCat holdings audience levels will allow WMS libraries to control who can see if they have specific titles or copies of an item in their collection. By assigning a specific level to a holding, you can suppress the holding from the general public.

Setting up IP address restrictions allows My Authenticated Users to access holdings without having to sign in if they are within the recognized IP range.

Note:  You will need to manage and assign WorldCat Holdings Audience Levels in Record Manager. WorldCat Discovery considers these settings and displays the appropriate access level to users.
