Why are some IFM requests not showing up on the ILL Fee Management Program Borrower Report?

Depending on the currency used in the request and the location of your library, they may be showing up on the IFM Fee Management Program Local Currency Borrower Report. You will have to check the report list for each month to see if this report appears. It will only appear if an IFM charge was made with a local currency.

Additionally, the use ILL Fee Management (IFM) must have been checked on the request for IFM to be used for billing and for the item to show on IFM transaction reports (this applies to both the Borrower Report and the Lender Report).
