Why are ILL requests coming through without an OCN?
Symptom
- You're receiving ILL requests in your New for Review queue that do not include an OCN

Resolution
These requests are likely for articles where the ISSN is used to identify the title rather than the OCN. Since some journals have gotten multiple names over the years and you don't want to request all issues from journals at one time, the ISSN is used instead. If you come upon a request where this is not the case, please contact OCLC Support with your library symbol and the ILL Request ID.
