I've updated my loan period in the Policies Directory. Why is the updated loan period not showing in lending requests?
Symptom
- The loan period was updated in the Policies Directory, but the updates are not showing in lending requests.

Resolution
You will also need to update your Lender Data in the OCLC Service Configuration.
- Sign in to OCLC Service Configuration.
- Navigate to WorldShare ILL > Lender Data.
- Update the Due Date to reflect the number of days you would like your lending requests to circulate, then click Save.
