I am trying to add a library closure in the Policies Directory, but my changes will not save
Symptom
- You are entering a date or date range for your library closure in the Policies Directory, but the changes are not saving

Resolution
When entering a closure, please ensure that your dates are entered in the correct format (MM/DD/YYYY). you can ensure this is correct by choosing them from the calendar instead of entering them manually.
If this does not resolve the issue, please also try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or testing in a private browser window. If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact OCLC Support with your OCLC Symbol and the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far.
