I accidentally sent a conditional for a request I cannot fulfill. How can I let the borrowing library know it is not available?

Symptom

• As a Lender you sent a Conditional response to a borrowing library, but found out later on that you don't hold the title.

Resolution

You will need to contact the library via the Email button inside the request and tell them the updated news about your availability. They should then be able to respond negatively to the conditional on their side.
