Request an item
Learn how to request items in UnityUK.
There are 3 principal ways to place an ILL request using UnityUK:
- Request an item found in a UnityUK search and select and add locations to a rota manually.
- Request an item found in a UnityUK search and let UnityUK automatically build a rota of locations based on a predefined set of parameters e.g. based on region and cost schemes.
- Request an item not found in a UnityUK search using a blank request form (and then either add rota locations manually or allow UnityUK to automatically build a rota.
- Request items found in a search with UnityUK and add locations manually
