Is there a way to mark a supplying library's book as received damaged?

  • Relais staff portal
  • Relais Windows client

Contact the supplying library using the General message feature to let them know that the book is damaged. Once you hear from them, mark the request as Unfilled.

Marking the request as Unfilled will move the request to the next supplier in the routing list.
