Sandbox
The sandbox is to assist libraries and other vendors who want to test
- various Relais web services prior to implementing them in production systems, e.g,. a local library catalog or discovery platform.
- redirect from a discovery platform to Relais D2D Discovery
- embed Relais D2D Discovery as part of another discovery platform
Before using the sandbox.
Review the documentation for the web service that you will be using for more details.
Contact OCLC Support for a patron id and password (if needed) and an API key.
Determine which configuration to use based on your local configuration for Relais D2D.
What to expect when using the sandbox.
Targets configured
A representative series of catalogs and locations have been configured in the sandbox. Results from these targets will be retrieved and used.

Library symbols/patron ids
A series of library symbols have been configured for testing purposes. Contact OCLC Support for a patron id (and password if needed) for testing purposes. The appropriate combination to use is dependent on the configuration that you are using
