Why do my WebReports change over time in ILLiad?

Symptom

• You look at a WebReport at one time of the year and then you look at the same WebReport for the same time period later in the year and the report values have changed

Resolution

When you are looking at a WebReport, it is a snapshot in time of what the Database is right now.  The reason the report will change over time is the following:

1. If any request changes a Transaction Status or possibly Tracking, then the report results will change.  
2. ILLiad uses a Dynamic Database, so when you look at a report in one month, it might change in another month.  The data changes, so the report changes.
