Why am I not seeing Journals that I have had more than six requests in the top right of processing copyright?
Symptom
- You are processing requests and you are seeing a journal that has more than six requests that have already been processed, but the journal is not showing up in the top right when processing Copyright

Resolution
ILLiad has a default query that is used that looks for titles of the same title and if they match the full query requirements which includes being requested more than five times this year beginning after January 1, then the Journal should show up in the top right of the Copyright Processing screen. To fix this you will need to do the following:
- Make sure the title is an exact match. For instance, a title with a period and a title without a period are not the same titles.
- You will need to update the titles so they are all the same and then you will see the Journal on the top right of the processing screen.
