- We would like to know if the information is retained on the ILLiad servers for the following fields:
- Name
- Address
- Phone
- Email
- Birthdate
- Library barcode
- Borrowing history
- IP address

Here are the results for your fields in the ILLiad server:
- Name Yes
- Address Yes - if it was entered during registration. If you are shipping books, you need this information.
- Phone Yes - if it was entered during registration. This is an alternate way to contact the patron.
- Email Yes - if it was entered during registration. This is how you contact the patron
- Birthdate No - there is no field for this.
- Library barcode Yes - if that is what you are using for the Username.
- Borrowing history Yes
- IP address No
