Resolution
Shared sites that use Rapid can create a New Record in Customization Manager Under System>General>Customization. The key won't be needed if each site has its own rapid symbol. If multiple sites share a Rapid symbol, the one designated the Primary Lending Download site will need to create this key. Fill out the following information to create the key:
The Primary Lending site will then have to send Rapid requests to the other sites in order for them to receive Rapid requests.
