Receiving a certificate chain error after installing the ILLiad Client

Symptom
  • After setting up a new Database Connection in the Atlas SQL Alias Manager, launching the ILLiad Client returns an error that ends with "The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted."

Resolution

Review the Database Connection settings in the Atlas SQL Alias Manager:

  1. Uncheck the box to the left of Secure.
  2. Haga clic en Guardar.
  3. Close Atlas SQL Alias Manager.
  4. Launch the ILLiad Client.

The ILLiad Client should now launch with a window asking to authenticate with user credentials.
