My patron received an ILLiad email that the Electronic Article is ready, but when the patron gets to Electronic Articles, the file is not there

  • Your patron is going to their electronic articles after being notified by ILLiad that the article is ready, but when the patron gets to the electronic articles, the article is not there

Resolution

In order for a patron to get an electronic article after being notified, you need to make sure of the following:

  1. The Transaction Status needs to be "Delivered to Web."
  2. The file needs to be in the PDF folder where patrons get the file from the Web.
