Is there a way to edit a request that is not in the status of Request Sent?

Resolution
If the request is in anything other than Request Sent on OCLC then the request cannot be edited. It also depends upon the OCLC Status. If it has been shipped or conditionalized then no changes can be made to it. If a lending library has done anything with the request then it is too late to edit.
