I am unable to send out through Article Exchange and when I look at the ILLiad WebPlatform Log it says access denied for the c:\Windows\Temp\ILLiad and some subfolder
Symptom
- You are trying to send out Article Exchange requests through Lending, but you are getting an error. When you look at your ILLiad WebPlatform log, you see an error message about "Access Denied" and it is pointing to the c:\Windows\Temp\ILLiad\ and some subfolder.

Resolution
You need to update on the Web Server the c:\Windows\Temp\ILLiad folder with the Users and IIS_IUSRS groups with Modify permissions. You should be able to send article exchange records after this fix.
