How do we add a link to an ILLiad email pickup notification that we want our patrons to see?

• You want to add a link to the email pickup notification

Resolution

Here are the steps for adding a link to the email pickup location for the patrons to see:

1. Open the Customization Manager
2. Go to the Notifications tab.
3. Click on the dropdown from the Notification tab and select the Notification you want to edit.
4. In the Body of the Notification, you add your link and any words you need to explain the link.
5. Save the change.

Immediately after saving the change, the notification will go out with the new link.
