9.1 RENEW BUTTON DOES NOT DISPLAY
Symptom
In version 9.1 the renew button does not display
Applies to
All current versions of ILLiad 9.1, The problem is caused when the user has changed the status using the DisplayStatuses table. If they change Checked Out to Customer to another status for display purposes then the DLL does not see it and will not display the renew button when it should.
Resolution
The workaround is to remove any entry from the table that effects the Checked Out to Customer status.
