Descubra cómo exportar registros de autoridad desde una lista de exportación a su equipo local o mediante TCP/IP en WorldShare Record Manager.

Exportar un registro de autoridad individual mediante TCP/IP

Para exportar registros con TCP/IP, debe tenerlo perfilado en sus preferencias de exportación.

  1. From the authority record editor, click Record in the top navigation.
  2. From the Record drop-down menu, select the Send to flyout menu then select Local System (via TCP/IP).

Exportar varios registros mediante TCP/IP

  1. In the left navigation, select Export Lists and then select the Authority tab.
  2. Haga clic en el nombre de la lista que desea exportar.
  3. (Optional) If you would like to remove any records from the export, select the check box next to the record(s), then click the Delete button at the top of the list.
  4. Click Export and select Send to local system (via TCP/IP) from the drop-down menu.

Exporte varios registros a su equipo local

  1. In the left navigation, select Export Lists and then select the Authority tab.
  2. Click the name of the list you want to export records from.
  3. (Optional) If you would like to remove any records from the export, select the check box next to the record(s), then click the Delete button at the top of the list.
  4. Click Export and select Send to my computer. The browser then prompts you to open or save the exported file.
  5. Seleccione Guardar archivo y haga clic en Aceptar.
