How do I download a list of all our selected collections from Collection Manager?

Answer

You can download a file that includes the collection name and ID of all selected collections, as well as the number of selected titles and available titles in each. Follow the steps below:

1. Log into your WorldShare instance click on Metadata > Collection Manager > My Files > Download
2. Click on KB Downloads, choose My Selected Collections as the Download Type
3. Click Download   
4. Open the file in Excel or a similar program
