How can we tell if we are setup for automatic collection loading?

You can tell which providers are automatically loading their available loadable collections from within Collection Manager:

  1. Select Institution Settings
  2. Select Knowledge Base Data
  3. On the Data Source tab, select the radio button next to Selected data sources only

This will load a list of which vendors are being automatically loaded in your institution. There does not need to be a checkmark in the box.  This is the list of vendors for your library.

Please be sure to set the radio button back to All approved data sources, and close the window without saving.
