My library has a CatExpress subscription. How can I resolve records in WorldCat Staging?

If your library has a CatExpress subscription and is using data sync collections in Collection Manager, you can resolve records in WorldCat Staging by following these steps:

  1. Use the Unresolved Cross Reference file to review your records.
  2. Correct your records locally.
  3. After you have made all of the corrections, contact OCLC Support in your region to have the file reprocessed.
