Why does the "Shared Print" column appear in our holdings in FirstSearch sometimes and not other times?

Answer
The shared print column will only display if there is a shared print commitment for the selected record. When there is a shared print commitment, but it is not retained by the libraries on the initial screen, the column will not display until the retaining library is in view. Once “display all libraries” is selected, then the shared print column will display.
