Select fields and field groups to include in a bibliographic constant data record (Fundamentals)

Discover how to select fields and field groups to include in a bibliographic constant data record in WorldShare Record Manager.

You can set defaults for which fields and field groups will be included in a bibliographic constant data record.

  1. In the left navigation, click User Preferences.
  2. From the User Preferences screen, click Working with Records.
  3. En Campos para nuevos registros de datos constantes, seleccione los campos y grupos de campos que desea incluir en el registro.
  4. Haga clic en Guardar. Los campos y grupos de campos se aplicarán a todos los futuros registros de datos constantes.
