- Blocks appear where subfield delimiters should be on records
- Connexion client all versions
The currently selected font does not support the subfield delimiter character and substitutes blocks. To fix:
- Click Tools > Options > Fonts.
- Under Records and Lists, scroll down and select 'System'.
- Click OK.
- Close and restart the client.
- Display a record. The proper subfield delimiter should now show.
This applies to English language records, foreign language records may need a different font
