When saving a record to the online save file, I get the error message "unable to save", why?

Symptom
  • User receives message "Unable to Save" when saving to the Online Save File
Applies to
  • Connexion client
Resolution
  1. Review the Online Save File and be sure it doesn't have more than 9999 records.
  2. If it does, you will need to delete some records before saving new ones.
  3. If you note, it has not reached the maximum and are still unable to save.  Please contact OCLC Support
