I have records ( holdings ) in my Local save file that won't delete using Batch.

Symptom

• I have records hung up in my local save file list that won't delete. Status is "F."

Applies to

• Connexion client

Resolution

1. Check status in the local file to see if it's "C" for Completed "R" for Ready or "F" for Failed.
2. If the status shows "F," then check a few of the records to see if holdings are on the records for the library that has the issue. If the holdings are not showing held, the member may have deleted them earlier or never had holdings on them.
