Move [or Copy] Local File Record

Purpose of the Move [or Copy] Local File Record window
- Copy the current local record or records selected in a list to another local file you specify
- Available for bibliographic and authority local save files and local constant data files.
Access the Move [or Copy] Local File Record window
- Navigate to Action > Move or press <Alt><A><V> to move the displayed record or records selected in a local file list to another local file (removes it from the current local file).
Or
Navigate to Action > Copy Record or press <Alt><A><Y> to copy the displayed record or records selected in a local file list to another local file.
