Can you change the tag CatExpress uses to export holdings information?

Symptom
  • Your local library catalog does not use the 852 tag to import library item holding information so you want to know if you can change the setting CatExpress uses to another tag.

Resolution

CatExpress only exports local library holdings information in the 852 tag. The local library catalog automation system is expected to map the data from the 852 tag to the tag used instead. You will need to contact your library automation system vendor to find out how to do that for your system.
