Collection not listed when creating a new project

Symptom

When starting a new project for a new collection you do not see the collection listed populated in the new project wizard.

Resolution

1. If you do not see a collection listed in the new project client wizard, log in to your CONTENTdm Server Administration and confirm the collection profile is not limited to specific users. Usernames are specific to OCLC LDAP Account usernames, so it is possible the incorrect username was added to the collection. 

2. Confirm you are using the correct username to connect to the collection.
