Why is patron information missing from the Clear Hold Shelf report?

Answer
The Date, Patron Name, Patron Barcode and Borrower Category fields will no longer populate on the Clear Hold Shelf report if any of the following occurred:
- The requesting patron’s user record was deleted
- The hold was deleted by library staff
- The hold expired and the holds batch job ran and deleted the hold (and any expiry notification was sent to the patron)
- The hold was marked complete by library staff (via the Pickup Location report)
- The hold’s pickup location was changed to a different branch after fulfillment
- The end date of the reservation has been reached during the specified time configured in the Hold Request Period
