There are a small number of options pertinent to the Import and Export that can be defined on the Note Type:

Opción Descripción
Default MARC21 Tag The tag to use when exporting Notes of this type.
Default First Ind. The default value for the first indicator to use when exporting Notes of this type, if the note itself does not specify a value. If neither the note nor the Note Type specify a First Indicator, then it will be exported as a blank (#).
Default Second Ind. The default value for the second indicator to use when exporting Notes of this type, if the note itself does not specify a value. If neither the note nor the Note Type specify a Second Indicator, then it will be exported as a blank (#).
Exclude from export? Whether or not to export Notes of this Type. If the Note Type has a MARC tag then it will be included in the export unless this is set to 'Yes'.
Exclude from import? Whether or not to import Notes from this tag. If the Note Type has a MARC tag then it will be included in the import unless this is set to 'Yes'.
Other Import tags A list of MARC tags, separated by commas, which will import as this Note Type. It is recommended to avoid ambiguity by specifying that a Note Type which may have one of these tags is its own right be marked to be excluded from the import.
For example, if specifying "501,502" in this field then Note Types which have 501 or 502 should be marked for exclusion from import.
