Unblock an account that has tripped a security rule
Symptom
- A user has tripped a Security rule and now the block needs to be removed
Applies to
- EZproxy with Security rules enabled
Resolution
Short introduction or instructions to follow these steps:
- Open the "Tripped Security Rules" menu (see here)
- Tick the box in the left column
- Click the button "Expire checked"
Then, the account should no longer be blocked.
