Order of columns in Stockitem table
The order of the columns in the Stockitem table may be changed from within the Supervisor module.
- In Amlib navigate to Main > Supervisor > Installation
- Select the Stockitem tab
- Locate the setting ‘Order of Columns to display in Stockitem’
- Enter the column names in the order you wish them to display in the format from the table below, separated by a comma

Note: You do not need to type in all the column names. The column that you do type in will be placed at the beginning of the table and the default will continue for any column names you have not typed in. For example, below is the default order. If I want to place the Call No column at the beginning of the table and are quite happy with the rest of the default order, you only need to type STK_LINE6 into the supervisor setting Order of Columns to display in Stockitem’ and the Call No will display first followed by all the other columns in the default order.
