Why can't I see my institution statistics, but I do see usage statistics for my ILL group or consortium?

- You don't see your library in accordion in the OCLC Usage Statistics site.

Resolution
If your library had no transactions (i.e. searches, sessions, ILL requests, etc.), there will be no data for the site to retrieve, so no tab appears for your institution. There may have been activity for your group or consortium, however, which is why you may see that option, but not your individual library symbol. Increase the number of months to retrieve, and your tab will reappear.
